Lennar at River Pointe

I visited the property with great expectations but unfortunately the floor plan of these homes are not practical. Rooms are small and the walking closet of the master bedroom is tiny. It should be aptly called standing closet. These are not river view property. Only the one opposite to the river have the river view. Even if we buy the 4 floor plan the river cannot be seen from the rooftop patio. The prices are too high for the property they are offering

This development is going to be great for the overall quality of Bridgeport. The Lennar staff are professional and the layouts are desirable. I also completely disagree with the review that mentioned crime. I've lived in Bridgeport (very close to the Lennar site) for 5 years and can personally say I've never come across one issue of worry throughout that time.

We love this community location. We live nearby and have visited a couple times. It’s convenient since it has a nearby train station and shopping and restaurants! We prefer the homes on the river and love how large the layouts feel. Christian was who we met and he was knowledgeable and patient with us.
