Don’t bother. I was “ghosted” by the person who was meant to be giving me a tour. He was also just incredibly unprofessional in our text communication together. If this is how DMC operates with potential renters, I can only imagine how they treat their actual tenants. It’s after 3pm and I have yet to hear from anyone—no call, no text. Tried messaging the company on Instagram, no luck. I took PTO in order to make it to this appointment and only needed an extra half hour, but Luke (or anyone else at DMC) can’t be bothered to respond. Bullet dodged, in my opinion.
Unkept parking lot and maintenance. Landlord doesn’t respond in timely manner.
Apartments are so small. Also the rent is ridiculously high.
