Elizabeth Hays Noonan was phenomenal in helping us rent our condo out in Watertown! She was so professional, amiable and detail oriented. She came highly recommended from another realtor friend of ours and she absolutely lived up to her wonderful reputation! She helped us understand the process from the get go and advised us since this was our first time renting our condo out. She organized everything from photography, to viewings, so seamlessly! We would absolutely recommend her to anyone in our network looking for a realtor!

Elizabeth Noonan was amazing during our home buying journey. She was always patient and kind and walked us through our first purchase from viewings, to putting in our offer, and guiding us through the sale process. We never felt pressured to settle on a house. On the contrary, Elizabeth often pointed out things we missed or didn't consider when viewing homes and made sure we were buying the best home for us. She truly treated us like a member of her own family. We could text or call her at all hours of the day, weekends included, and she was always there for us. She is also extremely well connected and provided great recommendations for necessary services, lawyers, inspections, locksmiths, etc. We cannot recommend her enough!
