Regency Apartments

Do not rent an apartment here. During the year and a half my husband lived here, there were constant issues with leaks, mold, and bugs that management never properly addressed. They did not seem to care that we were good tenants who paid our rent on time every month. They just wanted the cheapest option possible that would result in us having to call them yet again a month or so later. While we lived there, they also tried to institute home inspections and parking agreements that were not in anyone’s original lease. The real kicker though was when we moved out. Despite going above and beyond to clean the apartment and trying to take better care of it than they did, they still did not return our full security deposit. They withheld nearly $200 for an acid wash of the tub when the tub was in

Just moved out after living here for two years and I can not say enough good things about the complex as far as a place to live goes. The apartment manager and maintenance man are two of the nicest human beings I have ever had the pleasure to meet. The complex is very centrally located and not far from anything in town. The only thing that made this 4 stars instead of 5 is the lack of any amenities at the complex. There is no pool, fitness center, etc. I will say that for the price I could not see anywhere better to live. My 3 be 2ba unit had been remodeled shortly before I moved in and I enjoyed living there.

We have been blessed by this apartment complex. Mrs. Russell manages it wonderfully and with a kind heart. Mr. Kenny is a great maintenance man. He fixes and gets things taken care of quickly when you put in a request. Mr. Tyrone is excellent as well.

Best apartment complex in Tifton Georgia the maintenance guy is super nice and willing to help the best he can if he can’t do it they quickly get a licensed professional to come fix it. The apartment manager treats you like family and will try to go above and beyond to help you as long as you are completely truthful with them.

Its cheap but the management does not care for the people living here. The AC is really poor and the worst thing I experienced is the drainage system of the kitchen sink. The water from sink drainage seeps up from the living room carpet and still the Manager doesn't care to fix it. They say do not pour grease. Now in kitchen, I am not supposed to wash my oily utensils just because of this reason. ( I am not an idiot to pour things down the sink ) The drainage is old and they just don't want to repair it Mice everywhere and dishwasher gets mice in it from outside ... the mice literally chewed the pipe from outside and entered the dishwasher. The management blames me for this Sorry to say, but laid back and irresponsible management OR maybe people are used to this lifestyle here,
