Regency Apartments

DO NOT MOVE HERE - leaky ceilings every month, poor maintenance, infrastructure issues, cracks in walls and balconies. The garage (that was on the news) completely collapsed… not sure what’s next for the building, very concerning. We alerted them that there were pieces of rocks falling from the ceiling in the garage. A few months later a car fell through the ceiling…. Anyway - Laundry rooms are filled with flies. Even worse you will not receive your security deposit. We lived here for 4 years NEVER missed a rent payment, NEVER late. They will add up bogus services in order to keep your money. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME. It’s not worth it. Glad we got out when we did.

My partner had stayed at this apartment for a year, and are very excited to be leaving this building. I have stayed with them on and off over the summer for work, and it has been a “lively” experience. Staying in building A has been awful. The elevators never seem to work, and there has been many times where my partner had come home late to find that all of them are down and had to take the stairs to the top floor. There had been a fire on their floor to a possible gas fire from a stove in a nearby apartment. A water leak has occurred by our balcony door when it rains, leaving the carpet soaked. It makes you wonder if there is possible mold or structure damage. The plumbing here is always a hit or miss whether if things flush or drain how they are supposed to. They have raised the rent fo

I lived here for a year because it was the cheapest option at the time. I read the reviews ahead of time, should’ve listened to them. So many maintenance issues. The big one was I was out of town and came back to my bathtub running and it was about to overflow and it wouldn’t stop running. Had to call emergency maintenance, took them way too long to arrive. I then went to the office to discuss this issue amongst many others. I explained that the maintenance people were not doing their jobs and I wanted extra people in there to ensure it was done properly. The manager basically told me that he suggested putting cameras up and I let them know I shouldn’t have to do that to ensure their workers do their jobs. Lived here a bit over 3 years don't move in this place is a scam. Buukding is literally falling apart plumbing is so old expect your place to flood atleat once a month maintenance ignored service request. And if you bring uo said problems to the manager Chris he will tell you we'll since you have so many issues and complaints you can find somewhere else to live. Unprofessional half the maintenance emplyes are unlicensed. They will continue to jack up your rent but leave you to deal with your issues. Just find somewhere else this place needs to be shut down..

I want to leave a good review about the work of the manager Kris. We had some questions and we needed to change apartments, he understood our situation, responded quickly, for which I am very grateful. P.S. if you are reading this, thank you for your work🫣😊
