Was lucky enough to get a sweet & friendly teller, she corrected a mistake had made with profuse apologies - simple date error as turn of the New Year often causes - but created an over charge. She politely refunded the difference & genuinely felt bad about it _ It was great to see someone with such a caring heart & remorse for their mistake ! I was thankful got her for my customer experience ! Smiled, still a good moment - acknowlesging we are all "only human" & could mobe forward with each other in compassion - for these tough economic times ! :)

My assistant was jolly and happy to help me. This lady (see video) was making the ugliest meanest faces toward me. Maybe thinking I didn't notice, when I did. I wasn't loud, rude or anything unordinary. Fix your face , your life stressors aren't customers fault. Say a prayer.

It was unexpectedly easy. I needed a memorandum title for my new vehicle. They were very friendly and quick. I was ready for a hassle and was surprised how easy and pleasant it was!

Went on Monday morning at 8:30 done at 8:50. Plates at9:00 done at 9:20. Wow less than an hour for both. Mondays the way to go . Get there early get done early.

I Danielle schedule to have my appointment at 6 am my person (George ) from this location. Said he was 3 minutes away didn’t pull up till 6:30 saying I’m outside where are you I looked no one outside . I called and called and it was straight declined. Feel like my money was wasted and I can’t call anyone now because it’s closed. This is an attached file of me and his text was getting no response from him text or call I tried multiple times. So he showed up I said you know as a nice person since it’s 6:30 am do I get to stay till 8:30 to make up my time for the 2 hour class I paid for you know to get my moneys worth .he said no you not gone tell me what to do we will be done at 8:15 so wow my money got cut off short for someone being late.
