Ridgewood House Apartments

2024 update: Management is unprofessional since they replaced Misty and acts aggressive. /hear believe what they wanna. Maybe a certain atmosphere as to why…. Don’t bother, especially for the price honestly. I’ve been at this place for awhile now. I recently decided I was going to look for my own place around the area. However, while searching (and I have been looking since last year just to feel things out), all of the places didn’t really seem to guarantee the same quality and care as this place does. Misty is an awesome property manager and talks to everyone in kindness. Maintenance always responds quickly to any repair needs, this building has never had bug problems like I’ve seen in some of the other reviews and pictures of places. The laundry room is clean and basically everything

I really enjoy being a resident in this community. The lot and property are nicely maintenance, and when you have an issue in the unit, they respond promptly (tub draining slowly & closet came off track). The pool is a nice bonus, but I notice that it's underutilized by residents. The dog park in the back is the perfect size to let my 15lb french bulldog run free. On-site laundry facilities are decent. They provide 2, and I never have crowing issues. Rent includes gas and water. Trash fee is $5/month. Central air works well. Plenty of parking. The best bonus is the shopping carts available for residents to bring in items from car, I use to bring my laundry baskets to the laundry room. Place is very secure with cameras everywhere. I love my apartment! It's super safe, has plenty of parking if I have friends over, and they recently installed a dishwasher. Misty at the front desk is great and the maintenance guys are both wonderful. Everything is fixed quickly and safely. My pets love it here too and spend a ton of time sitting in the windows and watching people come and go. The people are friendly and quiet. It's a great place to live. 😊

I moved in 6 weeks ago and I have no complaints so far. My apartment is on the first floor right next to a door, so I was a little worried it would be noisy. However I never hear any of the other residents. Allison, Claire and Jen were all fantastic during the move in process. There was a small issue with the dishwasher which I wasn't even worried about and Allison treated it like a high priority. The location is great. The laundry machines are a little expensive but you certainly get what you pay for. Laundry room is always very clean and the machines are very well taken care of. The smokers always stay far away from the doors. Pool is very clean and well maintained. Overall a fantastic place.

Lived here for a year and half with my significant other. We were fresh out of college and needed somewhere affordable and accommodating to live for a bit. Misty is the best, hands down. She responds quickly to emails and helps out in anyway she can and is friendly all around. Maintenance was fantastic, I can't remember the gentleman's name but he was so kind and helped me dig my car out of the snow! All in all, you can't go wrong with choosing Ridgewood House as your home. Its affordable, the staff is fantastic and honestly all of the other tenants were great. Not to mention they have the biggest washer/drier room I've experienced in an apartment complex. Thank you to the Ridgewood House team for the fantastic experience.
