Parma Park Apartments

I never write reviews, but I feel this place and workers deserve it. Only been here a couple months, the place is CLEAN, we had snow on Thanksgiving and the lot was salted & shoveled. Staff is phenomenal. If it needs fixed, it is. Office staff is great to! Just wanted to give credit where it was due!

I have lived here over 17 years. I have never had a problem. I face the park and Glori, the complex manager allowed me to put in a garden. I love my home here and it will be difficult to leave. My neighbors are wonderful, my girlfriends and I love the heated pool and there are activities to keep us occupied. You can't beat the rent including the garage if you decide to rent one. It's clean, close to an assortment of stores in the library is very close and it's easy access to freeways. I'm only leaving because I'm moving into my great grandma's house. You can count on Glori to take care of your needs and the maintenance men, Ed and Joe are really good at their jobs and take care of problems quickly. I highly recommend living here.

This place is the most wonderful place to live at the people in the office are fantastic. The Maintenance here is fantastic. I have no problems whats so ever with nobody here. It is the most beautiful place to live. Gloria is awesome. We need more people like her to run the office she’s on the top of her game.

PARMA Park West is the best! I moved here in December. I have a Two bedroom apartment with a balcony And I absolutely love living here. Glori The manager made my initial inquiries and transition easy, she is delightful, and always helpful. I can’t believe I found a place that has 24 hour maintenance with really great guys. In the winter time they even shovel walkways for people who have garages. The neighborhood is great shopping is close. Even in the winter time I can walk to shopping if I want. There’s a county library right down the street and since I live here in Parma, I get a reduced rate at the 7 Hills Rec Center. I couldn’t be happier. If you’re 55 or over and looking for a place to live, it’s affordable friendly and has great staff come on home. Sister Donna

Parma park east manager is excellent at her position. She is on the ball with everything and knows how to speak to the residents in a professional caring manner. The maintenance crew is great, no complaints at all.
