Refine Property Management

Owned my acorn lift chair bought from owner 6 years later they cut the cord from my lift chair and throw away without asking said it belonged to the person o bought the condo from . unreal said they replace or pay for it . then asked for a bill of sale. i had all the paperwork for it didn't think id come home one day and my lift chair was gone i paid the owner buck 2000 for. glad my mom passed away three years ago be bought for her to use. i felt like i got robbed. sad i thought highly of them before this. messed up i have a bad leg and what if i need it in the future they could have asked me before throwing it away to have carpet replaced or put it back up. It had sentimental value my mom used it all the time.

I haven't been impressed in the years Refine Property Management has run our HOA, but lately it's been especially frustrating. They apparently changed the bank that collects HOA dues, but failed to notify anyone?? Truist suddenly said they're not with them anymore. I can't sign in online, and they returned my mailed check with a letter saying they aren't affiliated with our HOA anymore. I tried to sign onto the online condoweb portal, and that no longer works, so I reached out to Refine directly for steps on how to pay my HOA dues, but they never got back to me. I would just throw my hands up in the air and say fine I'll keep my money, but knowing how these things work it'll probably be sent to collections. Very rude ignorant women that work in the office. Please stay away from renting or buying anything from this company. They will treat you like trash if they are not talked to like they are princesses and even curse at you. Also they will hang up on you if you don’t listen to what they have to say and will not let you get a word in.

Shady. Untrustworthy. Can't get a detailed bill for months for repairs done.
