I found J.P.'s business from a Google search on a Saturday night, and after finding his email address I submitted an appraisal request that night. I wasn't expecting a response until the following Monday, but he responded Sunday. I provided him the information needed for an estate appraisal, and we set up a time to meet Thursday. He told me that he would have the appraisal ready within a week, but he had it ready in a couple days. I was very surprised and appreciative of the quick turnaround of the appraisal as I need it to settle an estate. J.P. was very professional when we met to review the house to be appraised, and I would recommend him to others that need a home appraisal.

JP arrived on time and was very thorough. His investigation into comparisons and subsequent report was extensive. He went far beyond the appraisal. He made recommendations and provided an extensive list of resources. I am very satisfied and would engage Executive Appraisal Services again.
