Nicole was awesome. My issue was complex because I wasn’t coming up in th system and she immediately did the research and was able to figure everything out. Initially I was annoyed with having to actually come in and sort it all out but she made everything quick easy and efficient not to mention her warm and bubbly personality. I think that’s what made it feel less like an inconvenience and more like I was being provided with assistance and excellent customer service. I have to admit I’m not the most easiest customer when I’m annoyed but when someone is so nice, kind, and ready to tackle the problem you can’t be anything but nice. Thanks Nicole!!

Nicole at the front office at Bulle Rock is truly excellent. She pays attention, follows through, and makes you feel taken care of. Great customer service is becoming harder to find, and Nicole is a standout example of how it should be done. Thank you, Nicole.

Nicole at bulle rock is simply the embodiment of an amazing person, I live here and every time I see her at the residents club she has the biggest smile and always checks in on me!

Front Desk Coordinator Nicole really went above and beyond for us today. We just came from settling on our new home and did not have an appointment. But she helped us anyway. She was very polite and funny and just made us feel very welcomed. We received all of our credentials that are needed to move in and around our new community. Thanks again Nicole!!
