We had a really positive experience from the beginning getting a quote, working with them to create a truly custom home, through any small follow ups the year after we moved in. They truly gave us a voice in every aspect of the planning process and had our back with any vendors or subcontractors. Dave is so kind and extremely responsive to any questions or concerns. I can’t imagine going through that process with anyone else, and felt like we not only got a beautiful home but a wonderful friend.

Jarrettville Builders worked as the general contractor on our recent projection Aberdeen Maryland. They are to be highly commended for the excellent work of taking our vision and turning it into a reality in building our new Church /Sanctuary. We have had the pleasure of working with the Minton family over the years on several projects with the latest being the construction of the Celebration of Life Center in Jarrettsville. We built our 1st house with them in 2005 and then decided to have more land and built again with them in 2013. Both experiences were pleasurable.
