Redbank Village

Redbank is such an incredible place to be. From the application process to getting a place, I was respected and valued. Throughout my time living there, I was incredibly happy to be assisted by their compassionate and highly welcoming team, especially Sylvie and Sara. I would highly recommend everyone who is seeking a next home in Redbank. Sylvie and others will give you the very best experience you deserve. I am proud To have lived in this great community that made my home truly a home❤️

I have a great experience living at this apartment complex. The property is clean, quiet, and well-maintained. What really makes a difference is the manager—very understanding, respectful, and always willing to help. Any concerns are handled quickly and professionally. I truly feel comfortable and supported living here. Highly recommend this place.

We spent several months searching for a place as we transitioned to Maine and repeatedly came back to Redbank Village. We liked the look, location, and floorplan of the townhomes and felt the extra commute would be worth it. Unfortunately, our experience after approval and move-in has been disappointing. The application process itself was fair and standard, but once we were approved, communication quickly broke down. We were told we would receive our lease and welcome letter, but the property manager left for vacation without updating her staff. This resulted in us having to repeatedly call just to get basic information. We received multiple versions of the welcome letter with incorrect amounts, and even the version we were told was “final” turned out to be wrong—by $3. While the amount i

I’ve been living at Redbank for 2yrs now and it’s been the best decision I’ve ever made. Great location, Nice place especially summer time!!! All the staff have been so Professional to solve any issues. Sylvie is the best, She’s always smiling and ready to help. Go ask for her you’ll never regret it

These apartments used to be good about ten years ago. Now, they are owned and controlled by an aggressive, greedy corporation.Terrible experience with Red Bank.They threaten you with eviction any chance they get and very eager to collect money but will not fix things that will remain broken for months and consequently try to charge you for them. Watch out and document everything like you are going to go to court with these greedy corporation some day.
