Recon Parking Management

I reside at Arrowhead Condominium,I have had a few issues pop up in the last few years but when I contacted Recon Parking Management Team they do their very best to help you and instruct you on how to fix the problem. I found them to be very professional, and accommodating to their clients. I find if you follow the rules and guidelines then you should not have any issues with them.Sometimes a matter may come up while they are doing their tag checks ,or a guest permit didn’t go through but I find that they give smoke warnings giving you a bit of time to address your issue.If you have certain emergency situations they work with you and the HOA to resolve the problem.I think that they are much better than the last company that towed your car away ,no warnings and no questions asked.I

If it could be 0 it would, residents send in paperwork and they claim no to receive it and they boot your car (several times) you sent again and they claim not to have it. I rented my condo in May and I kept having issues until October. Then I renewed in May Its September and and I just got booted again. I talked to Brandon and he again claimed to not have anything. I live in Arrowhead and I am disabled with a Mom who has dementia and I am constantly between her place and mine and use her car often for errands and she stays over quite a bit .Recon has been very accommodating with granting guest permits as long as you follow the rules and are registered.I also have seen them give warnings before towing people. I have had no problems with them or their service thus far and I have been here for years So far they do a very good,professional job.

Towed my car while it was registered and not even the property management understood why. WORST PARKING MANAGEMENT ANYONE CAN HIDE . STAY AWAY. BRANDON IS USELESS AND THE GUARD THAT GOES AROUND DOESNT EVEN GET OUT THE CAR

I'm amazed at some of these reviews by people who claim Recon has towed their vehicles and by the owner's comments that the people towed were not registered to their properties. I WISH we had that level of service. That was our experience at the beginning when our community hired Recon, but now we can't get them to issue notices or tow cars when we repeatedly and specifically point out the vehicles that aren't decaled and owned by unregistered tenants. There have been several cars reported to Recon that have been illegally parking for almost a year, yet are selectively skipped when or if their employees ever walk the property.
