Gerard is a very hard worker . He responds to work orders timely . He is very knowledgeable and fixes everything.. He is well liked in the community. Unfortunately one man cannot maintain a building of this size alone .The floors , walls are so dirty . It would helpful and very appreciated to get additional staff on property.

This location is clean and quiet.

I've been living at Arbor View for a few months now and it has been a pleasant experience. From the time I first visited to inquire, to actually getting the key to my apartment, I met Carmen at the office and from day one she was very supportive, helpful and professional in guiding me and advising me on the wait and application process. The building and surroundings are kept clean at all times. And the office staff specially Carmen responds quickly and in a friendly manner to any concerns.

It was a pleasure moving into a brand new building with upgraded appliances, granite countertops in kitchen and bathrooms and a washer/dryer in each apartment! Our Public areas are very well appointed with a modern influence. The clubhouse area (where all our functions take place) are as nice as anywhere you can find with a Big Screen TV, Side by side refrigerator, couches and ample tables and seating for game nights. We’ve had New Years Eve and Super Bowl Parties, Fourth of July Barbecues and an Ice Cream Social this past week. There is also a computer room and a gym. Our maintenance men, Pedro and Reuben, always greet us with a smile, are always there and open to whatever needs we have. I have lived at Arbor View from the start! I wanted to thank Paula, our current property manager for her quick response first thing this morning & follow up to a leak in my A/C dripping throughout the night. She is awesome and quick to respond when an urgent work request is submitted. She is very personable, knowledgeable and is always looking out for the residents. Also a big thank you to Pedro, our maintenance man here, as well as Carlos who came from another location to help fix the problem. When I got home from work it had been fixed and I am very appreciative & grateful to the three of them for getting an emergency done so quickly!! Thank you!!
