Intempus Property Management - Margate, FL

I would give zero stars if allowed. I’ve been staying in my sister-in-law’s condo for the past month and a half, and suddenly the management has a problem with me parking there. I started filling out an application but realized there was no point since I’m only staying two more weeks. The real issue is that they will not return my sister-in-law’s calls. This company has horrible customer service. If you’re ever looking to hire a property management company, do not choose this one. You don’t want people like this representing your condo or property—they’ll ruin your reputation. They have zero customer service skills and show no care for their clients.

I live abroad and timely responses are critical for me provided the time zone differences. I believe that Intempus have been better in being more responsive to my inquiries so far. The Team tries to provide feedback on a timely manner. Thank you
