Our leasing associate, Martasha Grier, is truly a gift! She handled our entire application and move-in process with such kindness, patience, and professionalism. Moving can be stressful, but Martasha's guidance was truly exceptional and made our transition completely seamless. We also want to give immense praise to the Property Manager, Lesley Martinez. She was truly God-sent—a supportive and effective leader who ensured everything ran smoothly. This team, led by Lesley and exemplified by Martasha, provides a level of care and service that is unparalleled. We highly recommend Vista Verde and this outstanding staff!

Nikki was amazing she gave us a very detailed tour with information about the amenities available. She answered many questions we had and show us cool features the apartment complex had like the pump to put air in your tires and a car vacuum section. This was an amazing tour!!!!!!

I’ve really enjoyed living at Arium Coconut Creek. The property is clean and well kept, and the atmosphere feels calm and welcoming. The office staff is attentive and professional, and maintenance follows up quickly whenever something needs attention. The location is convenient, close to shopping, parks, and great dining options and it’s easy to get around from here. The community areas are nicely maintained, and everything feels organized and cared for. Overall, it’s been a great experience, and I’d recommend Arium Coconut Creek to anyone looking for a comfortable place to call home with a team that truly values their residents.
