Second year here and I like it. The only thing that could be bad for the residents is the parking . You may need to purchase a Garage for extra parking . The units are spacious and updated. The maintenance staff fixes everything in a timely manner and the office Staff is professional and courteous. Pets allowed. Considering high cost of living in South Florida they have acceptable market pricing. The two bedrooms apartments are two master bedrooms with bathroom inside so thats a plus and the one bedroom is very spacious .

My husband and I were in a hurry to find a place to rent, and Daniel was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. From the very beginning, he was amazing and went above and beyond to assist us. We are thrilled with our new home and can’t thank Daniel enough for his exceptional service. 😍

Extremely Poor !!!!! To My Fellow Tenants, I wanted to share something important based on my own experience. Because they DO NOT PROVIDE STATEMENTS EACH MONTH BEFORE RENT IT DUE I encourage everyone to request a written, itemized statement each month before rent is due. This statement should clearly list base rent, late fees, and any other charges being applied. Requesting a statement in advance helps ensure transparency and allows errors to be addressed before balances grow unexpectedly. Keeping records and asking questions can help protect you from being overcharged. I learned this through personal experience and hope this information helps others and avoid similar issues.

I just moved into this beautiful community this past weekend. The staff in the office (especially Sandra) are friendly and helpful in everything I have needed. As you know moving into a new place comes with a few issues here and there, and everything I have brought to their attention has been acknowledged with reassurance that it will be fixed, and the follow through has been quick and efficient. Frank, with maintenance is beyond kind and helpful as well, and his communication with what will be done and when is amazing. The property is very clean and also quiet. No loud cars, horns beeping at night, no music blasting and all the neighbors I have met explain they look out for each other and are very respectful. Parking is awful. Maintenance tries to cheaply replace things and my entire deposit was taking for a small tear in the vinyl and the paint chipping around the drain of the tub from normal wear and tear. After talking to the manager they couldn't even give a reason to why my entire deposit was taken and she claimed she would reach back out to me......Of course no call or email was received. I wouldn't refer my worst enemy to this place. If you have money to throw down the drain move here but if you have common sense STAY AWAY!!!!
