This review should’ve been posted forever ago. My highest regards to Kathy Polensky and Brad Tindal. Brad made the financial stuff so easy for my husband and I. We were first time homebuyers, neither good with numbers, & on a tight budget. Brad did his magic, practically wrote the book on Home Finances for Dummies (not literally, but he explained everything so thoroughly), & made our first house happen. Now for Kathy.. she is pretty much the coolest realtor I know. She is so honest, happy/smiley, and easily available when you need her. She works fast and gets stuff done. This 5 stars is because of Dave Yelk. He rules, and you should definitely ask to work with him. Here's the long version: I reached out to a bunch of different realtors in different areas but nobody seemed to show genuine interest in helping me like Dave did. It was like nobody else even cared to listen to my requests or return my emails so I was happy to sign an exclusivity agreement. Not only is he quick to get back to you whether by email or phone, he really paid attention to what I did or didn't like in the properties we went through and filtered future offers/suggestions based off that (something a number of the other realtors seemed allergic to). The experience I had with Realty Executives Platinum was Second to none. Brad and Jordan are professional, very responsive, and truly an ease to work with. Brad gave me incite on the housing market in Watertown that was very valuable in the sale of my dads house. Jordan's work on details and communication of the entire process started from day one of the listing and continued past the closing.
