My wife and I hired Preferred for our basement remodel project. Price was very reasonable for the work being done as we had bedroom with egress, bathroom, and living room added to the basement. Jason wasn’t pushy and answered all the questions we had which wasn’t the same experience from the other quotes we received. Once the project started Jason and his team were awesome to work with. He was very communicative on what was happening and when which made the entire process run smoothly. Even with the small issue we did have (not Preferred’s fault) Jason was quick to step in and fix the issue. Highly recommend them for whatever project you may have!
