If you are looking for somewhere to rent in Watertown, WI that is affordable and has fantastic landlords, I would highly recommend checking out Colonial Manor apartment! It is minutes from local grocery stores and general shopping, as well as near both Maranatha Baptist University and MATC. It is located on the end of Stimpson Street, so away from the main road. Some of our favorite parts: There are big windows in the living room and bedrooms which allows for a nice amount of natural light. There is laundry in the basement so you don't have to leave the building, and also your own storage unit in the same area. Water and heat are both included in the rent, which is amazing since winter is around the majority of the year! The landlords are easy to get in contact with and very helpful if yo
