Kathleen is an outstanding agent. She knows the local market and has all the experience needed and then some. She went above and beyond to assist with the sale of a relative's property. No matter what was required, she did it as promised and with good cheer, whether that meant meeting a vendor at the property, responding to the many little questions that accompany a real estate transaction, or helping to coordinate among various family members who needed something. Whereas some agents tend to pass you off to a helper once you have signed up as a client, Kathleen handles everything and stays on top of things so you don't have to.
