Love our new home! Reality homes had really nice quality materials and the home process was fast and well done. Communication was good between Ryan, Anthony and ourselves. Ryan did great job setting up home choice and Project Manager did his best to help with the whole process with contractors. Very happy with the build.

Let me begin by explaining the two-star rating. The sole reason for any stars at all is our sales rep, Ryan Riggs. Ryan was absolutely outstanding throughout the entire process. He played mediator from start to finish, and without him, this experience would have been a complete and total disaster. We initiated the build with Reality Homes in 2022, and after many delays and issues, we finally moved into our home in late November 2024. We absolutely love our new home, but the process was filled with problems. The build itself was mediocre at best, and the corporate office's involvement from the beginning was a significant challenge. Ryan Riggs is the absolute BEST. Hands down, knows everything there needs to be known about Reality Homes. To us it was essential since he really was our only contact from beginning to end. Took longer than it should have to complete our house because we built during Covid and had many hang ups with contractors and materials in general but we hung in there for over a year. Moved in in 2022. The price is right for the product you get. We love our home.

We love our new home! First of all, we have friends that have built with other similar construction companies (Simplicity and Lexar... I'm sure we are not the first to compare with similar companies.) We can honestly say we had a much better building experience than they had, no questions about it. Reality uses superior quality materials every step of the way, making for a very nice end result. Many of our friends complained they got subpar quality materials and end results left them feeling disappointed with their build. We are thankful we did not have a similar experience. The corporate office contacts were always friendly and helpful. I'm not going to say we didn't have some bumps along the way, but we feel they handled those moments well when they did arise. We had a great experience building with Reality homes. We went into talk to Ryan Riggs about starting the process and he sold us on picking them to build our home. He was so great at explaining the details of building and was awesome to work with. They have the best prices across the board it seemed as we talked to many builders. We loved our PM Anthony Yeaw. He made sure everything got done that needed done. He would come out weekly and communicated so well with us. We love our home and the end result. Only complaint would be them changing our PM the last month of our build. This was odd to us and we weren’t a fan. We knew Anthony at this point and had to finish out the last details with someone we didn’t know. BUT that’s really the only thing that was annoying. Thank you Reality Homes! W
