Real Property Management Associates

The owner of RPM, Jim Duffy, is very easy to work with. He responds quickly to my emails. He responds and addresses tenant concerns in a timely manner. He also troubleshoots things that could be a problem in the near future. Like I said, he is very easy to work with and knowledgeable about all the regulations around property ownership and management. I highly Recommend RPM and Jim Duffy.

Overall a horrible experience. If you look at the reviews, all of the praise is for Brian but the only person at this branch is Jim. Not only did Jim under deliver but when the contract ended we had to go through the eviction process for the tenants that he found. I informed Jim I did not want to continue the contract with 4 months notice. He tried to have us extend the contract but that wasn't financially feasible. I needed all the tenants information for the eviction and Jim refused to help me. He supplied me with a fake name and a phone number. When we told him we cannot extend his reply was "do whatever you want, I don't care anymore".

Brian Whicher has been an outstanding property manager for our home in Quincy, MA for many years. Fortunately, Brian is proactive so we rarely encounter problems. However, when we do, he is "on it" right away. He has wonderful interpersonal skills, attention to detail and many contacts with local contractors who we trust. Thank you Brian! You're the BEST!

Brian Whicher and Real Property Management Associates is a game changer for a new client of his. She is a 91 year old 1 unit landlord who was being taken advantage of by her tenants regarding rent collection. She hired Real Property Management and since then, they have paid their rent on time, AND began paying toward the back rent that they owe, every month. They have signed onto a new lease and know not to bother their landlord with problems, but to call Real Property Management. She can now count on the rent every month and not worry about problems with the unit. She is extremely happy.

5 stars only because we can not give 10. Brian answered questions that I didn't know I needed to ask when we first spoke. We have been working together for almost a year and it has been wonderful. He is extremely knowledgeable and has a great network of vendors to care for the property. We are very lucky to have found him.
