This was a very positive rental experience. The process was straightforward, communication was fast and clear, and move-in was smooth. Sarah went out of her way to make things easier for me, which I truly appreciated. I’m very happy with the space and grateful for how seamless everything was.

I lived in a unit that was overseen by this company and I must say, they were so very good to me. I lived there for eight years and they did all they could to make my stay comfortable and take care of me. Any problem I had, they sent maintenance out to fix the issue immediately. They raised my rent throughout the years, but it was well within reason. All in all, I had such a wonderful time living in the unit under real estate solutions of Alaska. A special thanks to Amanda and Sarah for being so helpful and supportive every time I called. The management and office are great!!!! Sarah and Cassandra were very helpful with the apartment, whole process was very smooth and straightforward, they are on top of repairs, great community and neighbors!!!!! I highly recommend leasing from them!!!!

Terrible property management. Sarah is so unprofessional and has zero customer service skills. Pay attention the one star reviews carefully. I would not recommend living at ANY of their listed properties due to the lack of honesty and integrity.
