Lived at an RCG managed property for the last two years, and unfortunately, I have to agree with what most of the other low starred reviews have to say. Move in- this was a disaster for myself and my roommates. RCG made us wait the entire day until 5pm of our lease start date to move in, only for the place to be filthy and for the previous tenants trash to be waiting for us outside our front door. This trash remained there for a couple weeks as I constantly reached out to RCG asking when it would be removed. Aside from this, I also had to hound them to get someone out to actually clean our place. Not sure why we had to wait until 5pm to move into a place that never got cleaned in the first place… Living there- this was definitely the best part of our experience renting from RCG. When eve

Terrible people all around. Leaches. They will try to take your money at every turn and hope you don’t call them out on it. Don’t rent with them if you have the option. If you don’t have the option by sure to call them up when you have a problem (they won’t answer your emails) and don’t believe anything they tell until you can verify it yourself. They will literally just lie to you and then say oops we were mistaken. Terrible company.

Leaving 1 star because it's the minimum amount required in order to leave a review. If I could leave negative stars I would. This company made me jump through hoops on hoops just to get denied by not having a co-signer. I'm in my mid-twenties and have been renting apartments on my own since I was 18. My credit score along with my partner's are both considered "good". They required a deposit of first month's rent just to PROCESS my application... not approve... PROCESS. I provided the deposit with a check at 1 pm on a Friday afternoon, to which they then kept me waiting through the weekend for a response, which I assume was so they could use that extra time over the weekend to entertain other prospective tenants. Scott is an awesome landlord and represents RCG extremely well. Anytime we needed something fixed or had an issue, someone was there to fix it within two days. Absolutely no complaints and I highly suggest people to check out their properties. Affordable, clean, and nicely modeled/remodeled.

Lets start with the good: Since they have brought on Nicholas and Jake they have been unbelievable and great about helping us with any issues we may have. I believe both of them are new to RCG and its great that they brought them onto their team. And for the issues,there are problems with their online portals for payment and setting up automatic payment. You also have to send in physical checks for parking and can't take care of that in their portal which doesn't make a ton of sense. And our first year living under them their customer service was sub-par but it appears to be getting better. Last year I would have given them 3 but they have been improving which is why I am giving them a 4.
