Absolutely terrible experience. I originally rented a property (108 Lawson Court) and later found out that someone had passed away in the home — something the landlord failed to disclose. Even worse, there were clear signs of black mold throughout the house, which contractors had simply painted over. Some mold was even left visibly untreated in the ceilings and walls. The home was infested with thousands of roaches and completely uninhabitable. After raising concerns, the landlord moved us to a different property at 114 Lawson, instructing us to break in ourselves. That home was just as bad — the floors were falling in, the tubs were collapsing, mold was present in the walls and throughout the home, and there was another severe roach infestation. RCA is affordable but my turning point was having mold in my home and my daughters floor was going on. They did offer for me to leave for a few days but I had no where to go . I couldn't even go to a hotel due to me working from home and needing ethernet connection. My 8 year Olds floor was sinking in for 2 months before the mold was found . My kids and I (4 people) ended up getting very sick from the mold.

Tiffany Barber has a mobile home in Red Tip. Which was full of mold and had sufficient water leaks inside the mobile home. From years of over due repairs they didn't want to make. Her and her husband are bad landlords to the lady who lives there with her children. I wish the family would get out take them to court because the mobile home is no good and would need new walls etc. All they cared about was getting the rent money every month total scam artists. That mobile home isn't RCA fault but is giving them a bad look. I took a look inside once the home was empty because the young lady had been complaining about the home to the Barber's since 2019. I hope the family are in good health due to the mold. My prayers goes out to them.

WHEN IT COME TO THE PLACE I WAS LIVING IN LET’S JUST SAY THESE PPL BOUGHT A MESS. They was constantly trying to clean up the previous owners mess who only collected money but wouldn’t fix ANYTHING . RCA took over in January 2022. I did give them 6 months to try to fix my issues I’ve experienced since moving in with the previous owner who patched up things to make it work for a few months. Per one of the maintenance guys They had so much going on n trying to fix so much at a time. It was hard to get to everyone. I said ok n up and left after I got an offer somewhere else. However, I would stay in one of the newer ones if the rent stayed consistent.

Signed the lease 01/2023. Lost everything due to water and mildew/mold damage. Had to wait months to be moved. Then they turn around and place my family and I into a condemned trailer full of BLACK MOLD. FLOORS SMEEL LIKE PET URINE FROM THE LAST TENANT. FLOORING HAVE SOFT SPOTS ABOUT TO FALL IN. I HAVE HAD 3 3 EMERGENCY ER TRIPS FROM BEING SICK 👃 🫁 🧠. Patty the office manager is careless and a lier. The supervisor maintenance man is very lazy and a lier as well. This company is a joke. PLEASE DON'T SIGN A LEAST 🛑 ⚠️
