****sellers beware*** - this firm makes it extremely difficult for buyers. We almost walked away from our deal because of how unprofessional this firm was. The realtor we worked with, who I won't name, often didn't respond to us. This firm doesn't take bank wires because "The owner doesn't like it." As a result, we had a rough time transferring money last minute into our checking account, then we had to drive the check an hour to the realtor's home. It was a nightmare. She then asked us for a bank check, which we refused. We asked the realtor if we could get in the house for measurements. She responded but never coordinated with the owner. We asked her for renderings of the basement - she never responded. Extremely unprofessional and old-fashioned firm. Stay away.
