Another successful transaction with Eileen Prisco at Prisco's Five Star Real Estate! This transaction was a tough one. This property was owned outright by my mother-in-law. It was a condo with a severely incompetent condo association along with incompetent lenders on the other side. My mother-in-law did not secure her estate with a will or a trust and she passed away unexpectedly. Because she did not do so, Masshealth placed a lien on her property which further complicated the process. However, with Eileen's extensive knowledge and experience, she was able to refer us to a team of professionals that helped us rehab the condo at a very fair price and she also referred us to a great probate attorney that only works by referral (especially when Eileen is the one who refers you) at a lower rat
