Waterford Village

Don't move here you'll regret it. Nothing about the actual apartments, complex or management deserves 5 star reviews. Maintenance is wonderful, Justin is the only reason we stayed for as long as we did. They should be grateful he’s an employee or they wouldn't have any good reviews. It’s gross, neglected and forgotten about. Rules are not enforced, no cameras anywhere else besides directly facing the management office and in the locker system room. Yet there are multiple break ins and thefts, people feel like they can do whatever they want. We never felt safe living here and weren’t sure if our home was going to be broken into or burned to the ground while away. Shared spaces and laundry rooms are filthy with garbage and human feces but they charge you more than the laundromat to use them.

I was very impressed with Kelsey, the leasing agent who met with me on July 2nd. She was knowledgeable, kind and thorough, and answered all of my questions with ease and professionalism. I am very much looking forward to living at Waterford Village, with its sweeping vistas of beautiful grounds, the clubhouse, pool and activities! Thank you, Kelsey, for your help!

Don’t move here. Ever since they got bought out by Harbor Management group it’s been going downhill, not like it was any better before hand either. They got rid of their lockout policy so in case of an emergency they will not let onsite facilities come unlock the building door for you which led to me waiting out in the cold for 2 hours until a neighbor was kind enough to let me back in. The community is filled with people that don’t pick up after their pet’s waste. Multiple car break ins, people popping tires, and car alarms going off at night that no one will tend to, leaving you unable to sleep due to the blaring alarms. Their new payment system is trash and due to problems on their part, I am locked out of online payments and can only pay by money orders now. I can’t wait to move out

I can't say how grateful and thankful for those helping me during the Blizzard of 2026 at the Waterford Village ... my vehicle was covered under 3 feet of snow but starting with the help by maintenance man Justin to the Portuguese and Cape Verdean people, my nightmare was just an after though. I can't thank them enough

I just moved out recently and we failed to put a forwarding address in. Instead of calling us to tell us we didn't have one our security deposit of almost $2,000 was sent to the address we JUST moved out of. When I called about it the woman at the leasing office I spoke to was rather rude and passive aggressive about the whole situation and after many phone calls and attempts to void and reinstate the $2,000 check I had it sent to my private mail box in FL because I didn't have any other address at the time which for whatever reason never showed up there. All of that and I just got an email today FINALLY allowing me to get it transferred into my bank account. This process should've been this easy from the beginning, we should've been contacted about the forwarding address, and I could've g
