Ravella at Sienna

The apartment was great at first. Great location and promised a lot of awesome things. But as the months went by we noticed how horrible the lack of communication there was. We would right emails and wouldn’t get responses till a month later. The place ALWAYS smelled like weed. It smelled like weed when we moved in and it smelled like weed when we left. When we decided to move out the hidden fees were insane. And were not communicated well. Water bills are super high as well. Gabriella is really nice and the new maintenance man were probably the only highlights from this apartment. But besides that. It was not a great experience after a year of living there.

Gabriella was incredibly friendly and patient. Even though we arrived at the last minute and had many questions, she took her time to thoroughly explain every aspect of the apartment complex and all it has to offer. Her professionalism and kindness made the experience very positive.

I just want to give a huge thank you to the Ravella team — Anderson, Daniella, and of course Gabby! We recently transferred to another unit, and we already love our new apartment. Every time we’ve had a question or issue, they’ve jumped on it right away. You can really feel how much they care about the people who live here and about making sure you feel comfortable and taken care of. Thank you all so much — it truly means a lot. We’re excited to call this place home for another year!

I just moved about 4-5 weeks ago. At this point a month. The staff is kind and helpful but here are a few things that makes me question how long I will stay in this complex. I asked for maintenance services to get my dishwasher fixed. Literally the first day that I moved in, the dishwasher was broken. I asked September 21 and have repeatedly been told from Sunday September 21st, to everyday since then that someone would come fix it. It is basically September 30th at this point and have not had any help despite being told that maintenance would come. For this complex to be the size that it is… why do they have an older man that is obviously not able to complete a task in a timely manner, but will smile in my face and tell me it will get fixed but never does. I moved to Ravella back in August and waited to leave this review in hopes of management redeeming the experience I have had. I apologize for how long this review will be. I lived in another city and had to lease the apartment without ever seeing it. The leasing consultant I first spoke to was very informative which made me excited about this apartment. Little did I know things were about to change. I must preface this with the management was going through a change in staff and having difficulty finding a maintenance team, which is a struggle for everyone in this industry. Either way, I had decided to lease but I could never get the leasing consultant on the phone. I would leave voicemails but never get a call back. At this point, I should have realized this was a sign of what was to come
