Our experience with Khov Homes has truly been a mix of positives and major disappointments. To start on a positive note, the sales team and lender were excellent. From the beginning, the process of securing our home was smooth, clear, and well-supported. Communication during the buying and financing phase was strong, and they made what can be a stressful process feel straightforward and reassuring. For that part of the experience, we were very pleased. Unfortunately, once we moved into the home, the experience took a sharp turn. It's a small 125 unit development. They do have four pickleball courts but they're not well lit. Zipline there is for children
