Rancho Del Monte Apartments

While me and my family decided to move in a different direction for our rental needs, I appreciate the professionalism and efficiency shown by Michelle. Michelle the manager was always prompt and helpful during our initial inquiries. Even though we didn't move forward, she continuously made me and my family feel welcomed. She truly does go the extra mile for her tenants and it was very apparent from the moment we met with Michelle. She works with you, is great at communicating with you, is understanding, and is very professional to say the least. She did her best to respond to any questions or concerns. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to rent because a manager like her, WILL GET THINGS DONE!

These apartments are so cute and roomy! I saw all the amazing reviews on these apartments and it’s one of the main reasons why I decided to tour the place and I don’t regret it. The area is so nice and quiet. The apartments are so well maintained and spacious, My boyfriend, sister, and I are so happy to call this place home. Of course, if it wasn’t for Michelle’s help then we probably would have been looking elsewhere but she really made us feel welcomed and comfortable. She was very helpful answering all our questions and explained everything so well and made our move super easy. It means a lot to us since this will be our first apartment ever. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who is thinking about living here! :)

Michelle helped me and my boyfriend apply for our first apartment and went over all the requirements to move in the same week we applied. It was a pleasure meeting her as she made everything easier than expected. I do recommend her. She has great and fast communication.

These apartments are truly beautiful as we couldn’t move in we would have LOVED it here at Rancho Del Monte apartments. Michelle has made it very clear and easy!

Michelle was very helpful and answered any questions we had right away. The paperwork was straightforward and sorted out quickly. The apartment complex is very nice. The apartment itself is very beautiful and up to date. This was by far the best apartment complex we have came across.
