We did not enjoy our time working with Veda while buying for a new home. Veda was the seller's agent (an investment company), and while the seller was definitely a part of the problem, Veda showed poor communication and no motivation to help us work with the seller to move forward with a purchase. Considering Veda is the broker for this agency, I would certainly not want this group selling my property.

I would not trust this company to do business with at all! I rented out a house from them for 12 months. I felt I rented out a house from them that the Landlord knew before hand had very bad water issues. For the first couple months of renting the house, none of the plumbing worked. If i washed clothes all the water would back up into the house. There was also a major leak in the pipes underneath the house causing me a water bill of $2,000, which caused me to go without running water in the house for days, all while still paying rent every month. And when I reported this problem to their office. The Realtor informed me there was nothing anyone in the office could do for me, because he is related to them all! Me an my family reloacted from 200 miles out of state, viewed the property an was assured by Ramzee that all issues would be repaired before we moved in,we was rushed to give deposit to secure the property, when we arrived with all our belongings nothing had been done,since we had signed the lease an committed we believed that issues would be fixed,they sent some repair guy from the street to work​ on place that scared my family,an was unlicensed to say the least, fixed one thing the entire month, totally unprofessional, didn't honor anything, An after we expressed our concerns about the issues, was told that we could get our money back if we left within 48hrs, Then They mailed a letter on the first month that we received the 2nd day of our first month staying we get a letter from the

Very poor service. Sent an request for an offer the day a listing was posted with all the paperwork. The offer did not go in art the prices was closed. The realtor either night listing for themselves/family member or is just plain incompetent. Asked for the broker, they never responded. Stay away.

The young lady Moya Samuels is not professional at all. For someone that’s works as a customer service provider she has the worst attitude ever. Never jovial, and never willing to do her job. She does not provide any help for the tenants.
