My father had a home built by Ramsey homes in ‘2021. The dishwasher installed by Ramsey shorted out. Upon replacement of the old dishwasher we noticed that the water line was directly above the electrical receptacle, which we then noticed was not a gfci receptacle, which caused the short, because the water line leaked. We brought this to the attention of Ramsey and they denied they they were liable, even though they did the work. We do not recommend this builder unless you’re going to sit and babysit them through the entire project. Very shoddy workmanship, as we have had several other issues in the past 4 years with their construction. Complete lack of detail with this company. Steve Ramsey is helpful, kind, and very professional. We worked with him on different projects for our home and we were happy and satisfied every time with both the results and our interactions.

The Best there is. Steve and Russ built my place nearly 20 years ago and I just had them do an addition. These guys are perfect. Don't mess around with anyone else--they have been around for so long for no reason yaknow!
