Ralston Courtyards Apartments

After living at Ralston for almost 2 years, I have nothing it good things to say. From Wendi and Jennifer in the office hosting cute events, and always answering any questions I had, to Joel, Abel and Jesus and the rest of the maintenance team getting things fixed quickly no matter what it was - everyone I ever met or dealt with is a professional and enjoyable to be around. I used the grills, pool, hot tub, and workout room regularly and everything is in good shape. I also enjoyed it being walkable to the shopping centers nearby and the linear park pathway. All in all, I have nothing bad to say and will look fondly on my time living there.

I’ve lived here for 7 months and have had an awesome experience since moving here. The management team in the office is super responsive and always quick to help. Maintenance is really good too. They show up fast and actually fix things right, which is almost unheard of nowadays. The whole place is clean, comfortable, and just a nice place to come home to. Definitely a solid choice if you’re looking for an apartment community!

Absolutely horrific renewal process and the complete exemplification of why the rental market is fundamentally broken. They offered me an above-market renewal, and when I tried to negotiate, they acted like I was crazy and that I was asking them to do something illegal. In previous years, they asked for a significant increase and justified it by saying it was just what the market supported, but now that the market isn't supporting increases, they still demand one. All I wanted them to do was to match my rent to the offers they were making on vacant units, but they flatly declined to even talk to me. This dragged on long enough that I was unable to give the 30-day notice. So I either have to sign the above-market lease or pay an exorbitant month to month payment until I move. Highly do n

Ralston Courtyards has been home for years, and the attention to the property and apartments is ongoing and excellent. I reported a problem with a device this morning, and the response was quick, with a successful outcome.
