Raintree Apartments

We lived at Raintree years ago when we were stationed at Fort Hood. We had a 2/1 with washer/dryer and a working fireplace. Temple was a small town with a lot of charm. Raintree is a great place to call home. Great location and good community. I hope the neighbors are still neighborly. Deitra and I enjoyed our time at Raintree, and you will, too.

I love it here.Everyone is so friendly and kind. It's clean and just a good environment.

This apartment complex is a very clean place. There is a lot of parking for residents. The property has lots of trees and other shrubs that are well maintained. The manager is definitely a people person as she politely tells an inquiring person answers to questions without hesitation. She also gives her contact modes for assistance, if needed. This area is off 31st street but it's very quiet. This is a pet friendly business and living here would be very comfortable.

I love my apartment it is reasonably priced for the size and amenities offered. The manager is very nice and easy to talk to. I see why there is a waiting list to get into these apartments. If you can wait, this is the place to move.
