Radwyn Apartments

Do not tour here unless you are looking to be upsold on a unit. I recently scheduled a tour with Radwyn Apartments, and felt as thought I wasted my time. I walked into their leasing office, and was only asked how many bedrooms I wanted, and what kind of floor I preferred. I was then showed a beautiful 2 bed/2 bath that was completely out of my price range. When I asked to see a 2 bed, 1 bath that was in my price range, I was told that there was only time during the tour to show one unit. I was then taken back to the leasing office to look online at the available 2 bed, 1 bath units. They all had "dynamic pricing", and was told that if I waited until my preferred move-in date, I might as well apply for the 2 bed, 2 bath because the price was almost identical. I've lived here for 3 years now and I've had multiple experiences where the matinence staff, electricians, and plumbers do not know what they are doing. About a year ago our ac stopped working and we called matinence they said they fixed it them our carpet was soaked the next day. Turns out a coil broke in the ac and it was right in view of the matinence worker and he didn't fix it. Horrible experience Additionally the children i. They also only have security cameras in the front office and gym, leading to my mothers car being stolen about 2 months ago. At this point, I would not recommend living here. The community itself is okay. However, there is a huge problem with waste. Tenants are allowed to leave waste sit on their patios. Management has been contacted multiple times about this disgusting and unsightly issue. Nothing has been done and they seemingly do not care. If you enjoy looking at and smelling other people's trash every time you enter and exit your apartment building, this may not bother you. Furthermore, there is lack of security in this complex. The only cameras that exist in the property are in the gym and leasing office. There are countless stolen packages and car break-ins. I am an amature radio operator and was given permission to put up an unobtrusive antenna as long as It could be removed easily if I moved an dnot attached to any apartment structure. I spent a great de ao money on the antenna and equipment and had no problems for over a year and a half. When the complex was purchased by new people (at least that is what I was told) I was informed that the antennas had to be taken down despite the fact I had permission to put them up. I have lived at the Radwyn for over 23 years but the new ownership does not appear to care one but about the residents.

My living experience at Radwyn was truly subpar. They are fairly responsive to work orders but any concept of empathy or care doesn’t exist. My entire apartment complex got broken. This resulted in about a dozen people’s property/mail getting stolen. An unfortunate circumstance. Rather than expressing any sympathy or reaching out an email was sent on a Thursday evening and then the management office was closed for the following four days. I asked for a simple refund on the storage unit for that month ($30) and that was refused albeit I lost over $5000 dollars in personal items. Radwyn will provide you a place to live but every chance to do anything a normal person would do is missed. They genuinely could not care less about you. Merely a paycheck.
