Conwyn Arms Apartments

I lived at Conwyn arms for 2 years. I wanted to share how wonderful the maintenance men were.. Bernard Logan Gregg Joe and others worked hard to maintain the building and when we needed help came to fix whatever was wrong . Just giving a shoutout to you guys. We appreciated all you guys did

We have really enjoyed our 3+ year experience here. Most of the neighbors are really nice, warm, and welcoming. The 5th floor is simply the best! You simply must meet Ben, the Mayor of Conwyn-he's very friendly, outgoing, and he brings people together.

We are so blessed to have met Logan, Stephany, Greg, and the rest of the staff. They staff is so friendly, professional just simply awesome! I remember when I moved in my daughter was 5 years old and she addressed Logan as "Sir Logan". He is a gentleman indeed! They all made our 6 years at Conwyn Arms very memorable and safe for me and family! They were all so helpful and attentive to any maintenance issues that arise. If we weren't buying a house we would have not left. Thank you all for making us feel at home all those years and for always exceeding our expectations!

The maintenance staff at Conwyn Arms is exceptional. They are consistently competent, courteous, and available. My husband and I have lived here for more than two years and we have not been disappointed. We're fortunate to live in a clean, well-maintained environment with a receptive staff that exceeds our expectations.

We've lived at Conwyn for the past three years and have loved it. Our 1 bedroom was large and spacious, the building is well taken care of, and it's a great location on the Main Line with easy access to the train. The management and maintenance team, Christina, Logan, and everyone else are so nice and super quick to respond to an issue. If we weren't buying a house, we'd definitely be staying!
