Radcliff House

Radcliffe House is clean, quiet, and perfectly located within Bryn Mawr and all of its pleasantries! Restaurants and shops are within walking distance & the Norristown High Speed Line is literally around the corner. Management is responsive and professional. Can’t beat a personal parking spot. Guests have access to free spots as available too within the lot which is nice. Gym & pool are surprisingly moderately attended so atmosphere is comfortable. Moved in November 2023 and loving it so far. The attached photo is a view from my balcony. So pretty.

Really good management and facilities. If we ever have an issue, maintenance is pretty responsive. We had an ant problem for a while and the exterminator made sure to do multiple check ups to ensure it was handled. I think the gym's carpet could be cleaned more or relocate the gym for better airflow but the equipment is nice. I appreciate being able to use another properties pool during the summer.

I lived in a one bedroom apartment for 12 months and I couldn't have enjoyed it more. The staff is extremely accommodating and willing to help with any inquiries I had. The apartment was very clean and the building itself is well-kept. My parking space was conveniently located right outside my apartment and there were never any issues with it. Ryan and the rest of the staff deserve utmost praise for the way in which they treat each resident in the building. I absolutely recommend Radcliff House.

I lived at the Radcliff house with my boyfriend for two years and had a great experience from start to finish. The building is on the older side and lacks some of the amenities new complexes offer but that being said we had almost no maintenance issues and the two small things that did crop up were fixed immediately which was a pleasant change from our previous “luxury” apartment complex where we had tons of maintenance issues. At Radcliff house everything was well maintained, the lobby was cleaned every morning, parking was never an issue, there is fantastic water pressure in the showers and great storage with lots of closets.
