My experience with Iris Rosa Crespo was extremely frustrating and disappointing. From the beginning, she made big promises and gave the impression that everything would go smoothly. Unfortunately, that was not the reality at all. Throughout the process, I was given information that later turned out to be incorrect. When the mistake became clear, there was no accountability and no effort to properly acknowledge or resolve the issue. Instead of taking responsibility, the situation was brushed off, which made an already stressful process even worse. Communication was also very unprofessional at times.
