Quatama Woods Apartments

Not a resident but I drive by jt a lot. It looks like it’s only a 2 building complex which may build another building eventually.. it has a very large parking lot that backs up to the townhouses along the road so I’m not sure if there is any plan for the small open parcel in front, but if not it will remain a 2 building complex with no office, pool or other amenities. I believe it has on site mail but that’s all along with grassy areas for walks. It has 2 floor plans under 1000sqft. It backs up to a quiet low income complex on the right and in a generally decent area

Do not move in. I would have chosen zero star if it was an available option. As others already mentioned, they are like scam. They don't have a physical office and you could never reach them. I've been trying to reach via text, call, and emails, but they haven't returned any of them. I've been trying to reach them to renew the lease but they ignore my calls and messages. One month, they charged utility that was about 2.5 time of what I used to pay without any explanation, yet they never return the calls. Your life will become hell if you move in.

Do not move in. When I moved out, I took extreme pain of cleaning the apartment in tiptop condition. And it’s been close to two months and I have not received my deposit back. You can not contact them , they don’t have a physical office in the property, they don’t answer calls, seldom respond to emails and give bogus excuses for not receiving the reimbursement. This is unacceptable. If you do move in, kiss your deposit good bye. My only path now is to sue them in court .

I love living here the new management is great and terri always is nice to me and doesnt get mad when i call her to ask questions ...plus all the appliances are new and its beautiful

Do not move in. Your life will be hell and will never have your deposit back. You have been warned
