I have lived here for over 15 yrs & for the most part it is a great place to live. Unfortunately in a large community apt complex there are going to be problems. I would recommend Quatama Crossing Apts for a great place to live for single ppl or family's. They have great seasonal community activities for all ages. There are great parks near by with awesome walking/hiking paths. One of the parks has that golf disk game course. Then there are alot of great places close by for hiking, camping, off-roading, lake & rivers for fishing, Kayaking & paddleboarding. If your an outdoor active person you will find something close by. Plus many businesses as will surround our community. This is a great pet friendly community but lately we been having issues with ppl not picking up after their dogs💩, it
0/10 parking situation Parking here is not like normal complexes. Open spots are not for guests. If you visit anytime between 8pm to 8am, you are to park in guest spots only and register your vehicle through Quatama. The same vehicle can only use "guest parking" for 24 hours in a 7 day period. For example, if you have an overnight caretaker for a child or family member while you work, exceptions cannot be made. You must have them park their vehicle blocks away at the park n ride or in another neighboring complex with actual open parking. If you pay for a garage, you are expected to park inside of the garage and not use any other parking. Heaven forbid you want to use your garage for storage or to put larger items inside of that do not fit in your unit. Quatama spends a lot of time worrying
I found a home while contacting them via email from abroad. They kindly guided me through the necessary documents and procedures, allowing me to sign the lease without any difficulties. I was initially worried since I couldn’t check the condition of the house in person, but it turned out to be excellent, and I’m very satisfied. Whenever repairs were needed, they responded quickly and addressed my requests without delay. It’s a highly satisfying apartment, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone considering it.
The manager in the leasing office with the glasses is absolutely unprofessional and rude. Came in there to get some documents I was missing for lease renewal and instead of simply just giving them to me, she argued with me OUT IN THE OPEN of the leasing office where people could hear lol. Then flat out lied and said they send the documents with EVERY REMINDER for lease renewal. Mind you they’ve send me MULTIPLE which did not include the documents after November 1st. I have never lived in restricted income apartments so I was unaware that they could kick you out for not getting the documents to them before your lease is even up for the year, which is part of the reason I hadn’t given them anything yet because I’m still actively working on looking for a place TO GET OUT OF HERE & you have t
We’ve just recently moved to Oregon all the way from Hawaii, and came across Quatama Crossing Apartments. We LOVE the community and the amenities the place provides. One of the main things we worried about moving was safety, but Quatama has ensured that we are safe with security guards and a hotline that is ran 24/7. The place is very clean and well maintained. The workers really do a great job keeping up with the place. We love how pet friendly the place is! Such a good place to raise your family, they have playgrounds throughout the complex, a pool, a gym, basketball court and even an after school program for the kids. We really do enjoy living here, they really take care of us residents! I can’t forget to mention that there is a food truck every Wednesday!!! They love supporting local b
