Quail Rise Apartments

After seven excellent years in this community, I can confidently recommend it! The management is responsive and professional, and the apartment itself has always felt like a comfortable and stable home. A genuinely great place to live. Maintenance requests were always handled [quickly/professionally], and the building felt safe and well-maintained throughout my entire stay. Highly recommended!

Last night we arrived to my niece’s new apartment to move her and her roommate in, and walked in a 85 degree apartment, disappointed to find that the air conditioning was broken. FYI, THE LEASE WAS SIGNED 3WKS AGO…In this climate, this is a major issue that makes living here uncomfortable and unbearable during these hot days. The girls were not informed about this before signing the lease, which feels misleading. The fact management had 3wks to fix this problem is besides me. All management did is poorly installed two mini window ac units in the apartment. We had to go to Walmart to purchase a fan for her to sleep in the room. JUST RAGGEDY! Also to mention, NO HOT WATER..Quail Rise really needs to do better. I cannot recommend this place to anyone who values basic comfort and proper liv

I love living at Quail Rise Apartments! The staff are amazing — always friendly and quick to help — and maintenance is fast and reliable. The community is quiet, clean, and feels safe, with a great location close to everything. You can really tell they care about the residents. Highly recommend calling Quail Rise home! 🏡💙

I have lived at Quail Rise for 5 years. As far as the complex itself it is in a great location and it's quite, clean and grounds well kept. My problem lies with management and maintenance! There seems to be little care for the residents except to collect rent. Trying to get a maintenance issue resolved it's almost impossible. I have been waiting 2 months on a bathroom sink. It's been one lie after another as why it hasn't been replaced. Two weeks ago I put in a maintenance order about my garbage disposal still no response. We have ants coming in from outside walls and has been reported by several residence and still nothing done. We had a leak in our laundry room from the upstairs apartment. I have lived at Quail Rise for about 4 months now and couldn’t have asked for a nicer location. It is a very peaceful and WELL maintained complex. It is located close to all of your needs as far as grocery, banking etc. It appears to be kids friendly and has a nice pool for the summer. My unit has a nice deck that overlooks a semi private wooded area, but yet is very private and peaceful. They have just recently power washed all the units and are repainting the outside entrances as well as the decks. You could not ask for anyone sweeter or more understanding than I found Miss Anne, the complex manager.
