Q1 Apartments

The apartment is quite good and comfortable. While it has air conditioning, I was disappointed that it doesn’t reach the bedrooms. The neighborhood is quiet and feels safe, which I really appreciate. I do wish there were more amenities like a pool or gym to enhance the living experience. Lesley has been very helpful and made my transition into the new home smooth and hassle-free.

I’m writing this review on behalf of my dad- Joel Vargas who lives on site. We are so grateful for The amazing property manager, Lesley. My dad speaks very little English, and she really helped him facilitate the whole process. He’s been living there for a couple months now with his dog, dog loves all the landscaping and all the walks they get to go on these apartments are very accessible to multiple parks. Definitely no complaints on these apartments and when we do have any issues, Lesley is quick to resolve them.

I had a great experience touring Q1 Apartments thanks to Lesley. She was incredibly patient and helpful throughout the entire process. Lesley took the time to show me multiple units, answered all my questions thoroughly, and never made me feel rushed. Applying for a new place can be stressful, but her professionalism and kindness made everything feel so much easier. Am loving my new apartment it’s very quiet and peaceful and very clean the place is amazing

WARNING! Do not rent here if you want heat in your unit! This complex have defective PTAK heating units that dont work properly. It blows cool air expecting the unit to heat but it wont if its blowing cool air. Management has done nothing to fix the units.BEWARE before renting here if you want heat in the winter.
