Q & D Management

I’ve been living in a place managed by Q&D for the last 6 years. This past November my mom passed and I called explaining I’d be late on rent and why. They sent condolences, didn’t charge me a late fee, and even sent me a card w $25 in it. I appreciate this company so much for their support during that very rough time.

Why is Bill Foster still living at Groton Village Court in Groton, N. Y. when he was served Eviction papers on April 28 and was suppose to be out on May 14th! It’s amazing how a person like him can get away with being a Squatter, owing lots of rent money while other people here pay their rent. He smells up the hallway from his apartment odor and down in the Community room from his smelly body odor!

Rented an apartment that they Manage. Bathroom Ceiling was leaking from upstairs . They attempted to fix it but failed numerous times. My bathroom ceiling was cut out 1 foot square hole for 9 months! And continuous leaking. I had to assess it for leaks. Communicated Clearly how many drips per second and Manager made appointments which I made sure I was present each time. I DO NOT ALLOW Q & D IN MY APARTMENT WITHOUT ME PRESENT EXCEPT FOR FLOODING, FIRES. Q & D People have snooped around taking pictures when I am not present and Management (males, some have been rude) and not kept their appointments and have been 3 hrs late getting there or not come at all! I have been yelled at by Maintenance Men shouting "No one tells me when I get here! I don't make appointments! I get here when I get her

Called a month ago regarding my status on Walden apts application & was told will leave message to site manager, Catherine to call me. Unfortunately never did. Seems like a bother. Employees working for Q&D mgt r irresponsible when it comes to responding to left messages ornot in office when office is suppose to b open for public concerns. NOT FAIR. IF IT'S A BOTHER OR HAVE NO TIME TO ADDRESS PUBLIC CONCERNS THEN Y BOTHER WORK???...😡😡😡

This place has withheld or denied maintenance for close to a month. There's not a way to post less than one star. I am handicapped and don't have resources to get another place to live.
