For a first time home buyer, I have dealt with nothing but problems. From extremely poor communication, to having to threaten legal action just for anything to be fixed. The was the worst purchase I have ever made and regret it 100%. Do not buy a home built by Pulte. You will regret it.
Good buying experience though problems started appearing little by little over time and shows that Pulte like most other builders cut corners everywhere.
