I can't say enough about how appreciative we are of the amazing job Johanna and Sandy did in selling our home. They're a great team that check all of the boxes. Their years of experience really paid off in understanding the market. They came up with a fair value for our home and it sold quickly. They had professional photos taken of the house and with our house on a hill, they use a drone to really capture the best representation of the house. They have a great network of professionals to cover every aspect of the sale, which we needed. They held our hand through every step and it definitely paid off. Buying (and selling) our home with Johanna and Sandy could not possibly have been easier!
