And today Daniel, the complex manager tells me that he doesn’t read emails of tenants and I guess that’s the reason why he is unaware of tenants being unhappy. I can make this a very long review post but I’m only gonna show you the email that I sent to management in January 2024 I have been a tenant at Bridgewater Luxury Apartment since 2022. Last November I signed another year here at the complex. The reason of this letter is to inform you how unsatisfied my staying has been. Stay away!!!! Manager Daniel has anger issues. He is very disrespectful towards the tenants. I moved here and the apartment units was unsanitary. It was disgusting. Don’t waste your time or money here. Broken appliances, dirty units, zero maintenance.

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND PEACE! DO NOT MOVE HERE. Property manager DANIEL lacks integrity, compassion, professionalism, amongst many other things. We moved into our apartment with DRY ROTTED carpet. After bringing this to their attention, they did NOTHING about it, so we had to replace it for the sake of our HEALTH through a 3rd party. The vents had mold/dust within them when we first moved in. The bathroom tub was filled with the previous tenants HAIR *gross.* The stove had food stains from previous tenants. Point is, they did a HORRIBLE job with having our apartment cleaned and sanitized before we even moved in. That should’ve been the drawing line to make us terminate our lease, as they clearly do not care about our well being or holding up to their “luxurious” title. Our washer machine has

We have lived on this property since June 2019. The initial property management company was helpful and responsive to all questions and requests. The property was sold in November 2019 and has been in steady decline ever since. There have been multiple superintendents who have quit after very brief employment due to exceptionally poor management and requests to complete tasks that are beyond the scope of one person and/or illegitimate based on their certifications. The owner discontinued landscaping immediately after taking over the property and the “luxury” apartment buildings have been overgrown with weeds and tall grass ever since. Furthermore, there is garbage and clutter scattered everywhere throughout the parking lot, sidewalks, and “mulch” beds. The dryer vents have not been cleaned

Ive lived here two years. the first year was great. the grounds were beautifully landscaped, and now they are just weed infested. There wasn't proper snow removal in the winter, my car was stuck for 4 days after the big storm this past winter. Worst of all, my exterior door has not locked for about three months now. I feel very unsafe here. the bottom line is, the management company stopped taking care of the property. They just don't care.
