Beacon Hill At Vanderhaven

I have lived here for a few years and the community is clean, safe and well taken care of. The property manager is very helpful and she takes great care of the development. There are constant improvements to the property and a lot of care is put into keeping it looking nice. The complaints listed in the reviews come from a lack of understanding and following of community guidelines.

Looks like it’s been quite a while since anyone left a recent review for this place. Have a seat and let me fill you in. First and foremost, I would give ZERO stars if possible! I moved in here 6 years ago and over the course of the past 6 years I have endured harassment and discrimination from a neighboring tenant via unfounded biased complaints through the company who manages this property. Most recently, I received an email from the now property manager TERESA BENAVENTE demanding that I move my car. No explanation, just that a complaint was filed. I inquire on why and according to Teresa per HOA rules here, cars need to be moved every 15 days (?) .. No problem! I inform Teresa that my registered and insured car is scheduled to be picked up.
